We aim to deliver your Hydro Genius spring water promptly and reliably. This page outlines our shipping and returns practices.
1.Delivery Areas
We deliver to Western Sydney, Inner West, Sydney City, North Sydney, South West Region and Eastern Suburbs. If your address falls outside these six regions, please call our office on 1300 473 102 and we will do our best to arrange delivery for you.
2.Free Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of 10 packs or more within Western Sydney, Inner West, Sydney City, North Sydney, South West Region and Eastern Suburbs. For orders under 10 packs, please call the office on 1300 473 102 to confirm the delivery fee before placing your order.
3.Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive an update once your order is dispatched.
4.Pricing & GST
All prices shown are final — there is no GST added to your order. Our current pricing is 600mL 12-Pack $6 and 600mL 24-Pack $11.
5.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
6.Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out and our team will assist you.
